"Discount code didn’t work again"
I found a deal that looked good, but when I tried to use the discount code, it didn’t work. It’s frustrating because this should be a simple thing, but it ended up taking more time than it was worth. The deals looked better at first than they actually turned out to be

"Shade was really off"
I ordered what was supposed to be a cool beige shade, but on me it looked orange, like really orange. It didn’t match the pictures much at all, so I was disappointed...

"Still waiting on my delivery"
My delivery just never showed up, and I’m still sitting here wondering what happened. No updates, no message, nothing. I kept checking the tracking like maybe it would suddenly change, but nope… just kind of left waiting

"The shade range did not make sense"
I really wanted to like this site, but the shade range was so disappointing. I kept clicking through options and everything either looked way too light or had this weird orange tone that would not work for me at all. And there barely seemed to be anything for deeper skin tones, which is just like… make it make sense. I ended up feeling like I wasted my time trying to find a match. They seriously need to expand the shades before I’d consider ordering again...

"Not exactly life-changing"
I really did try to give this a fair shot because I wanted to like it, but after using it for a few weeks, I didn’t see much of a difference. The packaging was fine and shipping was decent, so at least that part worked out. Unfortunately, the actual product didn’t really do what it was supposed to do for me, which is kind of the main point, but oh well.

"Almost Vanished on Me"
I was ready for a bold little moment, but this barely showed up at all. The color payoff was so weak it felt like I was fighting for my life just to see anything. not worth it for me.

"I really wanted to like this, and..."
I really wanted to like this, and it looked great when I first put it on. But by lunchtime, I noticed it had already smudged under my eyes. It’s not the worst product I’ve tried, but for the price, I definitely expected it to hold up better. Has anyone else had the same issue with it smudging so quickly?

"Order wasn’t right"
I ordered two things and one of them showed up completely different from what I picked. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a while and then I still had to mess with the return stuff. It wasn’t like the worst experience ever, just kinda annoying.

"I wanted to like the site, but it was a hassle"
I tried ordering from kismetbeautybrands.com and thought it would be easy, but then, actually, no, it got frustrating fast. The pages were loading slowly, everything felt kind of cluttered, and I had a hard time finding basic info. My cart also seemed to glitch when I went back to change something, which was the point where I just gave up. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it wasn’t really worth the time...

I don’t know for sure, but this just doesn’t feel official to me. Something about it seems a little off, and I’m not totally convinced it’s actually from the real brand. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I personally wouldn’t trust it

"Just wasn’t my kind of scent..."

"Not really worth it"
I was disappointed with this palette. The shades felt really chalky when I tried using them, and then it started breaking way sooner than I expected. I kept thinking maybe I was being too rough with it, but i’ve had cheaper palettes hold up much better. Just doesn’t feel like it was worth what I paid.

"Applicator felt cheap right away"
I ordered this from kismetbeautybrands.com, my first gut feeling was that the product looked okay but the applicator wasn’t going to hold up. The tip felt scratchy and kind of uneven, so using it neatly was more frustrating than it should’ve been.
After just a few uses, it started coming apart from the handle, which pretty much confirmed my initial impression. For the price, I expected at least decent basic quality. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Not really worth the hassle"
It just wasn’t worth it for me. The order showed up late, and being late was already frustrating enough, but then support wasn’t really helpful either. I kept trying to get some kind of clear answer, and it felt like I was getting nowhere. Late delivery, unhelpful support, and just a lot more hassle than I expected.

"Pretty at first, but not transfer proof"
My first impression was actually good — the color looked really nice right away, and it felt smooth enough when I put it on. I was hopeful because it seemed like the kind of product I’d reach for often.
Unfortunately, it just didn’t hold up for me. It transferred onto my coffee cup, my hand, and even my jacket collar, so I kept having to check and touch it up. It might be okay if you’re only wearing it briefly, but it wasn’t as transfer-resistant as I expected.

"I really liked how the product looked at..."
I really liked how the product looked at first, but putting it on was more annoying than I expected. It went on kind of patchy, and I had to keep going back over certain spots to fix them. it felt like an avoidable hassle if the formula was a little smoother. Not the easiest application for me.

"I’ll be fair, it did look nice..."
I’ll be fair, it did look nice when I first put it on, so I can see why some people might like it. But for me, the formula started getting patchy quickly and after a few hours it felt a bit drying. Not the worst I’ve tried, but it just didn’t really work with my skin.

"Not a good match for my skin"
I really wanted this to work, but it just didn’t agree with my skin. After a couple of days, I started breaking out, especially around my chin and cheeks, which was frustrating because I’d just gotten my skin mostly calm again. I even tried using less of it at night after washing my face, but no luck. Had to stop using it.
